Real Estate Resource Links & Tips
( 07/02/2007 3:25 PM )
Because a large amount of work I do is with families who relocate in from out of state, it is common for me to be one of the only people who these inbound families know in the entire state of Illinois. To ease the transition of their lifestyles into the Chicago area, I offer my concierge level “I gotta guy” service to these clients.

Bryan's Expertise
( 07/02/2007 3:20 PM )
For most families, the purchase or sale of their residence is one of their largest financial transactions. As such, does it not make sense to be represented by the most qualified agent who will most effectively assert your best interest?
About Bryan
( 07/02/2007 3:18 PM )
What do I like best about consulting with families about their real estate decisions? When I’m performing my job, I don’t feel as if I’m working. As a result, time flies by. I felt that way when I was first licensed in 1989 and I feel that way today. The only difference is that in addition to still being passionate, now I am more expert than ever.

How To Hire A Listing Agent
( 07/02/2007 2:34 PM )
Buyers buy homes based on location, location, location. Sellers should hire their listing agents based on reputation, reputation, reputation.
Bryan's Strategies for Sellers
( 07/02/2007 2:19 PM )
The selection of a listing agent is the most important decision in the marketing of residential real estate. The second most important decision is price. The decisions regarding "which agent' and "which price" should be separate. The number one mistake sellers make is hiring the agent who told them the highest recommended asking price.
Your Home's Value
( 07/02/2007 2:16 PM )
Estimating the value of residential real estate is not mechanical. It is not about bricks and mortar, rather it is the psychology of estimating a future event (the contract price) based on a prediction of interaction between humans (buyers and sellers).
Seller Services
( 07/02/2007 2:14 PM )
Consistently, my performance has ranked in the top 5 RE/MAX agents in Illinois. This is not a hobby for me. It is a passion. Because of my highly specialized training and experience, my seller clients experience higher sales prices in lower than average marketing times with minimal inconvenience to their lifestyles along the way.
Choosing a Buyer's Agent
( 07/02/2007 2:10 PM )
Just as savvy sellers hire the agent most qualified to assert their interests, you should do the same on the buying side. In most cases, the services of a buyer agent are free to the buyer as they are paid for by the seller. Given this scenario, why wouldn’t you get representation from the most qualified agent?
Bryan's Strategies For Buyers
( 07/02/2007 2:09 PM )
First, I assess your family's specific needs. By asking the right questions by intensely listening and truly understanding a family's needs, I can often picture what a family wants before they can. Then I match your needs against my knowledge of the towns, neighborhoods, schools, facilities and people of the near Western Suburbs. And propose the solution to your real estate problem.
Buyer's Advantage Program
( 07/02/2007 1:45 PM )
My Buyers Advantage Program allows you to efficiently buy a home with professional, assertive representation.
Real Estate Buyer Services - Western Suburbs
( 07/02/2007 1:41 PM )
Buy real estate like an insider. For most people, buying a home is their single largest financial purchase. An experienced, professional representative has multiple solutions in his or her arsenal to diffuse even the most stressful of unpleasant scenarios.
LaGrange Real Estate
( 07/01/2007 8:41 AM )
LaGrange is a near western suburb with the most vibrant downtown - hands down! In fact, the central business district's catch phrase is "Ahh LaGrange." In addition to having a short drive into downtown Chicago (about 20 miles), there are two Metra train stations servicing this town.
Downers Grove Real Estate
( 07/01/2007 8:30 AM )
Compared to the other towns in Chicago's western suburbs, Downers Grove is large (population right around 50,000). Essentially, it's two towns in one. The northern section of town features large trees, both very old and very new custom homes and the "walk to" downtown and train lifestyle similar to the towns located east of Downers Grove.

Oak Brook Real Estate
( 07/01/2007 8:25 AM )

( 07/01/2007 8:21 AM )
By design, Burr Ridge has a semi-rural ambience with excellent privacy. It's hard to believe this western suburb is less than 20 miles from Chicago. The minimum lot size is one-half acre. There are no sidewalks. Homes are arranged in a traditional subdivision format.
Clarendon Hills Real Estate
( 07/01/2007 8:15 AM )
