Just as baseball players have batting averages, the job performance of real estate brokers can be measured as well. I have included some numbers for your review.
Bryan's Expertise
( 07/02/2007 3:20 PM )
For most families, the purchase or sale of their residence is one of their largest financial transactions. As such, does it not make sense to be represented by the most qualified agent who will most effectively assert your best interest?
About Bryan
( 07/02/2007 3:18 PM )
What do I like best about consulting with families about their real estate decisions? When I am performing my job, I do not feel as if I am working. As a result, time flies by. I felt that way when I was first licensed in 1989 and I feel that way today. The only difference is that in addition to still being passionate, now I am more expert than ever.

Relocating to the Near Western Suburbs
( 07/02/2007 2:48 PM )
Beyond my own personal experience of relocating, I have orchestrated dozens of moves for families relocating to the near Western Suburbs. I do not look upon my job as just helping someone buy a house--it is really about transitioning lifestyles.

How To Hire A Listing Agent
( 07/02/2007 2:34 PM )
Buyers buy homes based on location, location, location. Sellers should hire their listing agents based on reputation, reputation, reputation.
Bryan's Strategies for Sellers
( 07/02/2007 2:19 PM )
The selection of a listing agent is the most important decision in the marketing of residential real estate. The second most important decision is price. The decisions regarding "which agent' and "which price" should be separate. The number one mistake sellers make is hiring the agent who told them the highest recommended asking price.
Your Home's Value
( 07/02/2007 2:16 PM )
Estimating the value of residential real estate is not mechanical. It is not about bricks and mortar, rather it is the psychology of estimating a future event (the contract price) based on a prediction of interaction between humans (buyers and sellers).
Seller Services
( 07/02/2007 2:14 PM )
During my years with RE/MAX,my performance ranked in the top 5 RE/MAX agents in Illinois. This is not a hobby for me. It is a passion. Because of my highly specialized training and experience, my seller clients experience higher sales prices in lower than average marketing times with minimal inconvenience to their lifestyles along the way.
Choosing a Buyer's Agent
( 07/02/2007 2:10 PM )
Just as savvy sellers hire the agent most qualified to assert their interests, you should do the same on the buying side. In most cases, the services of a buyer agent are free to the buyer as they are paid for by the seller. Given this scenario, why wouldn't you get representation from the most qualified agent?
