Hiring the wrong agent to represent you will cost you time, money and frustration. Doesn’t it make sense to hire the most qualified agent who will assert your best interest? Poor representation is painful under any market conditions.

Here is a brief summary of what I offer in the way of education and experience:

Court-recognized expertise in real estate appraisal. As a real estate appraiser who focused on residential properties in the western suburbs of Chicago, my knowledge has been acknowledged as expert up to the U.S. District Court level.

Marketing training by Procter & Gamble. Some say the P&G marketing training is the best in the business. While working on the Crest and Scope brands, I learned the win-win style of product and service promotion. This is a style I still use to this day.

Howard Brinton Star Power Systems. Each year, this well-recognized real estate training company selects just twelve realtors worldwide to be featured for their high production and business style. I have recently been honored with an invitation to this group of twelve.

Cyberstars. A group of the top 200 realtors in the USA who have been recognized for their leading technological performance in residential real estate.

Institute For Luxury Home Marketing.   Members are recognized for their expertise in marketing the high-end homes in their respective market areas.
