Real Estate Buyer Services - Western Suburbs
Would you like to buy real estate like an insider?
Most people buy real estate once every five years. I assist my clients in transactions about twice a week. Moreover, buying a home tends to be most people's single largest financial transaction. Just as you would scour the market for the best surgeon specific to your medical problem, you should employ the most qualified buyer's agent to solve your real estate problems! Between the times of the contract signing and the closing of the transaction, a lot can go wrong unless properly managed. An experienced, professional representative has multiple solutions in his or her arsenal to diffuse even the most stressful of unpleasant scenarios.
There's a huge difference between being a skilled buyer's agent and being a chauffeur with a real estate license. A skilled, effective buyer's agent saves you time, money and helps you find the right home for you and your family.
I customize the process for each family that hires me. Usually, the process begins with a needs analysis. That's when I ask you numerous questions designed to elicit your likes and dislikes. My goal is to actively listen so that I hear what you're saying and what you're not saying. I'm skilled at identifying that which is important from that which is not. Those characteristics most important to you determine your real estate solution. The procedural goal is to present you with properties which match your needs and offers excellent economic benefits.
Depending on you and the way you like things done, I customize the entire home buying experience. For example, if you are a "bottom line" personality, I may present you only with properties which are handpicked by me-those which are truly the absolute best matches for you. Or, at the other end of the spectrum, if you enjoy processing and analyzing information, I may provide you with all of the best listings that match your search parameters so that you can perform the weeding out. The significant component is that the service is tailored for you.
Throughout the entire process, I am never solely interested in selling a home to you. Rather, I'm interested in developing a long term relationship with you. That way, mutual trust will exist between us and I'll be counseling you on your real estate matters for years. For the initial purchase, I will leverage my local market knowledge to an extent where you are absolutely assured that a thorough matchmaking has taken place between you and your new home.
Once we identify a home to your liking, at your election, we can leverage my network of relationships to your benefit. For example, many of my past clients say that I "gotta guy" for every imaginable aspect of the transaction and beyond. These relationships range from lenders to lawyers. From painters to pediatricians. Because of the high volume of work that I refer in the western suburbs to these service providers, they tend to offer better service and pricing to my clients. After all, they are accountable to me for repeat business.
While you and I will be working together closely throughout the home buying process, my support team will alleviate even more of the stress of home buying. For example, once we have a house under contract, my transaction coordinator stays on top of every aspect of the process so that nothing slips between the cracks. She'll keep an eye on the lender, for example, to ensure that the financing commitment date is met.
Additionally, my client care specialist (much like a concierge in a hotel) will assist us on an even more personal level. Your daughter needs ballet lessons? Done. You want a list of all utility companies in advance of closing? One will automatically be sent to you 14 days before closing. Kinda nice, huh?
