Do you have an interest in making an informed buying decision? My goal for you is not extraordinary, but the manner in which it's accomplished is.
First, I assess your family's specific needs. By asking the right questions by intensely listening and truly understanding a family's needs, I can often picture what a family wants before they can. Then I match your needs against my knowledge of the towns, neighborhoods, schools, facilities and people of the near western suburbs. And propose the solution to your real estate problem.
Because of the depth of my experience, it is unlikely that your problem is one that I've not dealt with previously. If your situation is unique to me, my network of relationships runs so deep that I'll know where to turn to get assistance on your behalf.
Save time. I will learn more about you, your family and your situation so that the efficiency of the house buying process is enhanced. While my buyer clients seem to enjoy viewing homes with me, most would prefer not to spend one third of their waking lives seeing houses. Most people don't like to see homes that are not a match for their specific needs.
Save money. I save money for you. My background is unique. I'm a former senior residential real estate appraiser (whose expertise has been court-recognized) with a wealth of knowledge in renovation and construction, my diagnostic skills are expert. I know of no other agent in this market with this skill set. I will always give you a true analysis of a specific property or anything real estate-related. It may not be the answer you want to hear, but it will most certainly be the answer you need to hear.
Make money. I make money for you. Contrary to popular belief, the time when you make money on a home is when you buy, not when you sell. Buying right is of paramount importance. This is particularly true if your timeline for holding the property is short. In addition to getting you the right house, I want it to be the right house that appreciates. That way, you'll call me back when you're ready to sell. Over two-thirds of my business comes to me by way of this sort of referral.
Reduce Stress. When I work for you, I employ multiple systems to ensure a seamless completion of the process. Fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants is not my mission statement. Moreover, I have a team of real estate specialists who work exclusively with me so that I can focus on you while my team focuses on the support issues. Lastly, I am connected in this community. If you're not, you'll benefit by associating with someone who is.
